Chicken Pot Pie IX

This was the best I have ever had! Used frozen mixed veggies plus salt and pepper while cooking veggies and it was perfect. Wouldn't change the recipe at all!

Chicken Pot Pie II

I made this last night for dinner and followed the recipe exactly except added a pinch of salt and pepper and used a bag of the frozen mixed vegitables. This was a perfect recipe and is a definite keeper.

Stuffed Peppers My Way

This turned out good but I think next time I will add some tomato sauce for the top of it and change the feata cheese to mozzarella because the feata is so salty..It was very easy and followed it exactly so was quite pleased with it.

Gnocchi Bake

This is very good but because Gnocchi are so heavy to begin with and gummy if overcooked I added some ricotta cheese over the gnocchi and then added the mozzarella and extra sauce. I also season the ricotta before doing this with parsley, grated parmeson cheese, salt, pepper and an egg. Mix well and spoon right on top of the gnocchi..Delicious but gnocchi are my favorite macaroni!!!

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

This is the best chicken I have ever made! I used skinless and bonesless thighs because I hate skin and added about 4 more tablespoons of soy sauce to the recipe and more parsley but did everything else the same. This is a definite keeper and can't wait to make it again over rice.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Delicious and the easiest cut out cookie dough I have used. Followed the recipe exactly. Took out of the fridge and allow a couple hours to soften dough before I could roll it. Nice and soft melt in your mouth cookies.
