Cranberry Hootycreeks

The mix in a jar is great: it is very esthetically pleasing, especially with the bright red cranberries. I also had the chance to try the resulting cookies and they taste delicious.

Dishpan Cookies II

These cookies turned out fabulous. The dough is a little crumbly, so I did end up using my hands to place it on the cookie sheets. They come out of the oven soft, yet crunchy from the corn flakes. Everyone loved them. This is one superbe cookie.

Cranberry Trail Bars

A healthy twist on the traditional rice krispy square. I replaced the nuts with pumpkin seeds. The result was delicious and attractive.
