Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
So good and creamy!! I added minced garlic to the cheese sauce and pepper. I prepared this in layers: potato, onions, s&p, cheese sauce, potato, s&p and cheese sauce. In the last 10 minutes I took off the foil and turned the broiler on and added some grated cheese in the last 3 min or so. Can't wait to make it again!
