Spinach Muenster Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2012
A bit salty due to the amount of cheese. Other than that, great! My family asked for seconds!

Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2011
Very good! I followed the recipe exactly (w/o salt, pepper), and it was delicious, though a little too sweet. Next time, I will omit the brown sugar and add part barbecue sauce, as others have done.

Wild Rice and Ham Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
This was very good! My boys, who normally won't eat anything green, asked for seconds! I was wary of the mayo, so I substituted the new Philly Cooking Creme (original). It turned out perfect! I doubled everything except the ham, and it still seemed like a lot of ham. Not to worry, since we love ham! Still, not a very "light" recipe. Great for once in awhile. :)

Bisquick® Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2009
I had put my Bisquick in a Tupperware container, and lost the instructions. I'm glad I found this "starting point" recipe. As-is, it was too thick, so I had to add more milk. The pancakes themselves were just not sweet enough, and a little too dense for our liking.

Cranberry BBQ Chicken

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
The BEST and easiest chicken bake. My family almost got sick of having it, because I made it so many times after I found it. LOL It is now a lovely regular in our meal-plan.

Miracle Rolls

Reviewed: May 1, 2009
These were decent, but didn't rise very well. They were quite tasty, which is why I gave it 3 instead of 2.

Very easy to follow, turned out great! I used it this time for a 9x13 crust, and it was soooo much better than store-bought. Thanks!

Hot Chocolate Mix I

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
Good starting point. I used Splenda, 1/2c. cocoa, and 1/4c. dark cocoa, and only had Vanilla Cream creamer, so it was VERY sweet. I added another 1/4c. dark cocoa, and it was perfect. :)

Special Buttercream Frosting

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2008
This was sooo easy to make! I followed a previous suggestion and used 1/2 salted butter, 1/2 shortening, and omitted the salt. Not only did it taste terrific, but it held up to coloring, multiple layers, and lots of moving around. Thank you!

Chicken Cheese Chowder

Great soup! I didn't have chicken, so I reduced the liquid amounts. We didn't have to add salt or pepper. I recommend this recipe!

I made these for Christmas dinner, and they were delicious! I realized after they were baked that I forgot to add the spaghetti sauce, but it was great without it. :) Thanks!

I decided to try this recipe when I had short-notice company over. It was delicious (the pork chops, not the company *wink*)! I used Club crackers, garlic pepper, and omitted the salt. Thanks for the great recipe!

German Pancakes II

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2007
This is a familiar and loved recipe in my house. My best friend's mother used to make this for sleepovers, and it brings back lovely memories. I use 1/2 whole wheat flour, and the texture is still great!
