Sexy Fish Stew

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2014
When I saw the title for this recipe I knew I had to try it. My husband I both love fish and so I made it last night. I thought it was very good. But the fennel and tarragon were a little overpowering/sophisticated for my palate. My husband on the other hand is IN LOVE with this Stew! :)

Coconut Pecan Frosting I

This is a great recipe. Everyone loves it. I double the recipe for my 3 or 4 layer cakes. The icing is the best part of a German Chocolate Cake. :)

Provincial Tomatoes

Excellent! I don't care for tomatoes and I loved these. I substitued Dried Rosemary for the Parsley. This is an awesome quick side dish.

Tuscan Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2006
This soup was fabulous. I did add a couple of cloves of garlic when I cooked the sausage and onions. I also made my own chicken broth and I chopped up the chicken and put it in the soup as well. It was a great success....I also used the mild italian sausage...but if you like alot of heat, you should use the hot.

Country Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
This recipe is great! I did make a couple of adjustments because I didn't have all of the listed ingredients. I used deli ham instead of bacon and I used fresh parsley instead of dried parsley. I used a Fiesta Blend of cheese instead of the cheddar. I also added an extra egg. It was wonderful and the consistency was great. I have used other recipes and they tended to be runny or too dry. Thanks so much and I will be making this using the recommended ingredients next time.

New York Cheesecake II

This is a great recipe. You can use it as a basis for other cheesecakes as well. I melt 6 blocks of semi-sweet chocolate and add it before adding the sour cream for a great Chocolate Cheese Cake.

Tater Tot Casserole I

Everyone loves this recipe. It is so yummy. I do prefer a more "breakfast Casserole" type Casserole so I increased the eggs to 6. But everything else is the same and it is great.
