Herb Roasted Pork Loin and Potatoes

Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread I

This reciepe really does deserve a 5 star rating the texture is light and not to dense and the brown suger gives the crust a nice crunch like texture after its done bakeing. The family loved it bgetter than our old family reciep. This ones a keeper!

Meatball Sandwich

My family loved the nice and firm texture of these meatballs and the parsely added a whole new dimension for us. We've never put parsily in before it gives the meatball a nice fresh pop.

The Best Bacon-Tomato Dip

We all loved this dip at the party! However I did tweek it s little to fit some dietary requirements. It easily doubles (it was a big party) and I omitted the onions and tomatoes but added two cups of shredded sharp cheddar. Yum. I tried the leftovers on a fried egg samich and a baked potato OMG good!!!

Holiday Green Beans

We thought this was a different way to do green beans, but we substituted fresh red pepper instead of a jar of pimento it had a very good crunch factor with the frsesh red awsome bite with the sauce.

Beef Tenderloin with Horseradish-and-Roasted Garlic Crust

We thought the horseradish and roastd garlic crust worked very well together what a complament to the beef it add a whole new dimension. Nothing but compliments to the Chef!
