Delicious! I decided to add shredded chicken to make the casserole more of a dinner than a side dish. I added about 2cups of chicken and added an extra can of cream of mushroom. Great this way. Kids love it.

Frosted Maple Cookies

Very good cookie! I had maple extract in the pantry, and no clue what to do with it. I took the advice of other reviewers, and used 2.5 cups of sugar, and I had NO trouble with spreading. I found that it did not need but 9 minutes, but I made them relatively small cookies.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

These are amazing! The double butterscotch is definitely the favorite in my house! I made the mistake of trying the cheesecake pudding with chocolate chips. This did not turn out too well. Not terrible cookies, but definitely had no cheesecake flavor! Fun recipe.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Excellent cookies. I too did not have any mini muffin tins, but it worked fine just pressing it into the cookie, although i'm sure it would have been prettier in muffin shape.

Beef Stew VI

Fantastic turn out! I used deer meat instead of beef and it was amazing. I too used a couple of bay leaves in it. Thanks for the recipe!

Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting

I used this recipe for my sister's baby shower. It was a hit! I used a good bit more brown sugar than it called for and i omitted the almond, but it came out great!
