General Tsao's Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2007
This was really good. My husband said that it reminded him of our favorite take out restaurant. I followed some of the other reviewers' comments and did the following: reduced the amt of corn starch for the sauce; and added the sauce (by spoon) to the chicken (mixing gently) after it was done. I didn't even use all of my sauce. Thanks for the delicious and easy recipe!!

Hamburger Soup I

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2007
This was really good (I used diced tomato with onion and green peppers). My hubby's not much of a soup eater as a meal, but he liked this...he thinks I should add more meat the next time. :-) Thanks for a great recipe.

Cheeseburger Macaroni

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2006
just as the others, i made a few changes to this and it was pretty good. i used tomato sauce instead of ketchup and added some seasoning to the ground beef. also, i cooked the noodles separately and used less cheese.

Banana Waffles

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2006
I think that this is a pretty good recipe. I have a toddler who loves waffles, but because I don't give him syrup, I try to find ways to change them up for him...he loves bananas, so this was a perfect treat for him. I did cheat a bit though, I used premixed pancake batter (you know, the one where you just add water). ;-p

Moroccan Salmon Cakes with Garlic Mayonnaise

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2006
We really enjoyed this recipe. I didn't add the spinach (we had it as a side) and I used Parmesan couscous and only 1 egg. The patties held together well and the mayo dressing was delicious.
