Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2009
OMG! This was heavenly! I only made a few teeny changes; I only used 1 2/3 c white sugar and added another cup of blueberries since I used the large ones. I didn't have a bundt pan, so I followed another reviewers method and used a 9 x 13 pan, didn't layer, and just sprinkled the brown sugar on top just before baking. It was wonderful! Thanks so much for a fantastic recipe!

Just had this for supper...awesome! Followed exactly except no lime juice, so added extra lemon juice. So moist and flavorful! Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful recipe!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2009
I'm not usually a big choc chip cookie fan, but these are absolutely delicious! After reading the reviews, I added a tsp of almond extract (my favorite), 1 tsp of baking powder, and used real butter. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2008
This ham is melt in your mouth delicious and incredibly tender! My hubby normally isn't crazy about ham, but he loves this one. How easy...we followed the recipe exactly, except with a 8.5 pound smoked shank ham. When we took it out about 9 hours later, it fell apart, eliminating the need for carving! Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe! I'll be making it again very soon!

Rhubarb Berry Jam

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2007
Absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it. The only change I made was using all raspberry gelatin, since that's what I had on hand. I did the hot water bath so that it would last longer...I underestimated how popular it would be, though. It was gone almost as quickly as it was made, with several requests for the recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: May 20, 2007
Yummy! I had to make a few substitutions for things I didn't have on hand...I crushed seasoned croutons for my bread crumbs, substituted garlic salt for garlic powder and cut down on the salt. Very easy! It would probably be even better with garlic powder, since we love garlic (I can't believe we were out)! Definitely a keeper.

Lemon Pepper Zucchini

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2006
This was delicious! After reading the other reviews, I dipped the zucchini slices into a mixture of melted butter, lemon pepper, garlic powder and a "tish" of dill weed. I also sprinkled the tops with Parmesan cheese. Will definitely make again...soon!

Southern Living magazine's Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2005
This was as easy as it was yummy! It sure made breakfast for holiday company alot easier. I followed one of the other reviews and added crumbled bacon to my 2 cups of ham, then sauted my ham in the bacon grease for flavor (drain well afterwards). I used extra cheese and removed the edges from the bread. Finally, I topped it with sour cream when serving. It was a hit with all! Thanks for a great recipe!
