Peanut Butter Chicken Skewers

The sauce was really thick. I added more water to thin it out. This may be better as an appetizer as we found it to be very rich tasting - a smaller portion would have been better.

Mexican White Sauce

This is great! I made enchiladas and poured this over top - wow it's great! I would use this to dip chips in too - what a great sauce!

Wow!! These are great! I added one egg to the mix and also mixed the zucchini before adding all the flour. I baked in an 11x7 pan for 1 hour and they turned out very thick and still cake like, but awesome. Many asked for the recipe and couldn't believe they had zucchini in them! The frosting tasted better the next day.

Peach Brulee

This was ok. I used walnuts instead of pecans and the brown sugar seemed to harden a little like peanut brittle. I think I cooked it a couple of minutes too long.

Summer Squash Pizza Crust

I used yellow baby patty pan squash and really squeezed it dry. I put the crust on non-stick foil and this made it really easy to flip. This was really tasty, but next time I may add more seasons like basil, oregano and garlic powder to give it more flavor.

Pork with Peaches Stir-Fry

Too much lemon. I did not marinade with pork. I just made the stir fry with the sauce and subbed snow peas. It was tasty, but next time I would cut the lemon juice by half.

Chocolate Cream Cheese Flan

I couldn't get this blended like I would have preferred. There were bits of cream cheese and butter that floated to the top (which becomes the bottom) and they gave a weird texture to the flan. It tasted good, but not my favorite flan recipe. Nice to have something different though.

Rhubarb Bread I

This bread was very good! My sister in law doesn't like rhubarb and loved this bread. I used 2 cups of frozen rhubarb. Will make this again for sure!

Maple Apple Crisp

I found that it doesn't make a whole lot of difference to me what kind of syrup I use....now that I've tried both. It never lasts long enough to truely think about. Great recipe.

Easy and Delicious Chicken

This is very delicious! It's so rich tasting, however, that I couldn't eat a lot. I found that serving it over some mashed potatoes with a side of sauteed green beens was very good. Thanks for the great recipe.

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

They aren't even all out of the oven, and I have sooooo many in my tummy. These are fantastic!!! I've tried lots, and this is my favorite. They are thick and soft. No crunchy cookies here! Mmmmmmmm.....cookies.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

I used monteray jack cheese and reduced fat cream cheese. Only coated them twice. Made 100 and put them in the freezer. I bake mine at 350 until cheese is hot and bubbly.........mmmmmmm....yummy!! I prefer baked not fried.

Pesto Cream Sauce

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Yummy!!! I used fat free sour cream and only half the butter...tasted wonderful. I also used real bacon bits instead of cooking bacon...lots less fat and work!! My guests insisted on the recipe. It was a hit!

Absolutely Ultimate Potato Soup

WOW!!! This is very very delicious. I've made it 5 times in the last 2 months and had tons of recipe requests!!! I cooked the veggies with butter flavor spray and used packaged real bacon bits (much lower fat than cooking your own) and topped with shredded cheddar and chopped green onions. I can't get enough of this stuff!!

World's Best Potato Soup

Good Golly!!!! This is the BEST Potato soup we've ever had!!! We sauted in butter flavored pam instead of butter or grease. We used one can of real bacon bits (less fat) and topped each bowl with reduced fat sharp cheddar and chopped green onions. Yummy!!!!
