Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2010
Really easy and pretty good too! It was my first time making fudge at all and I was a little worried. But I followed this recipe exactly and it came out fine.

Vanilla Glaze

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2010
I use this as a base all the time. Sometimes I substitute lemon juice, orange juice, or lime juice as the liquid and then also add in some zest. Very easy and delicious! It can dress up just about anything.

Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: May 26, 2010
My husband said this was the best zucchini bread he had every had! I used the applesauce instead of the oil like one other reviewer had mentioned. I added the chocolate chips (milk chocolate) and some crushed up pecans. I also put a vanilla icing on top. It took this from a bread to a cake. So delicious!

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: May 12, 2010
My family LOVED this! It was soooo good!! I used regular whole wheat organic spaghetti noodles. I also added some chunked up chicken breast meat. We were out of fresh ginger so I had to use the jar kind but it was just as good. Really delicious! My husband said he could have ate the entire bowl!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
Ok I some how really messed this one up. I think I boiled for WAY too long! The flavor was really great but my fudge was rock hard. I couldn't even cut it hardly. I used the 1 cup chocolate chips and the 2 cups semi-sweet like someone else had suggested. Coming out w/ a more dark chocolate like taste. I still gave the recipe a 4 because flavor and ease of making were there. My fault as just boiling too long. I'll try it again another time.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
This fudge was delicious!!! I'm a huge peanut butter fan and have been searching for a great recipe like this. I followed another reviewers suggestion and I used 2 cups of brown sugar, 1 cup peanut butter and 3 cups confectioners sugar. It was perfect!! The texture was not hard but not too soft and the flavor was very rich but not too sweet.

No Bake Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
The flavor was really good and the cookies held their shape fairly well. However I think I boiled them for too long or something cause they seemed "grainy" to me and kind of hard. People still loved them. I just think they could have been a little bit better. Probably my error and not something wrong w/ the recipe though.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2007
These were fantastic! I've never made cinnamon rolls before. So this was a challenge I wanted to take on. With time off during the holidays I wanted to try new things. My whole family loved these rolls!! They were easy to make and came out darn near perfect. I'm not sure if my yeast was "instant" or not. It didn't say that on the package, it just said yeast. This being my first time ever even using yeast I was unsure. But they still came out great. I used dental floss to cut the cinnamon rolls after trying one first w/ a knife. The floss worked like a DREAM! I also baked these in two 8 inch round cake pans. I actually came out with 13 instead of 12. After they were done I topped them off with the cream cheese/butter frosting recipe that MPCHARVAT, another reviewer had mentioned and that just made these rolls EVEN better!
