Dump Cake IV
This is my go to recipes. I have made this many times. Its easy, guick, and so good. I use the 9x13 cake pan. I use 2 lite cherry pie filling(any brand)because I like it more tart than sweet. One large can of crushed pineapple, undrained. I mixed these together in a bowl and then pour in the pan and then cover with yellow cake mix. I melt a stick and ahalf of butter and drizzle over top of cake and then add coconut and pecans. My family loves this and my husband doesn't even like fruit pies or cobblers but he loves this. I have also used this with 3 cans of peaches and topped with cinnamon and sugar and it's just as good.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
Tried this recipe and loved the flavor and moistness. I followed the other viewers advice with the changes. The only thing I didn't like about it was after it was baked it felt wet around the outside and I didn't let it sit in the pan very long before I took it out to cool. Even after it cooled and I wrapped it, it still felt wet on the outside. My husband is a picky eater and doesn't care for sweets like I do, but he liked this one and wanted to take a loaf to work to share. Even though this was very good in flavor I don't know if I will make it again untill I can figure out how to get rid of the wetness around the outside. It doesn't make for a very attractive gift when you unwrap it and half the sides peel off. I love to bake but I haven't learned all the tricks of the trade, so I need everything written down and detailed instructions. I'm not a "Fly by the seat of my pants gal." (as Julia Roberts would say) I'm still giving it 5 stars because the flavor and moistness was great and everybody that sampled it wanted the recipe. Maybe they will have better luck than me with the outside.

Cheesecake Supreme
My granddaughter loves cheesecake so I tried this recipe for her. No cracks on the top as I used the water bath in the oven, and the taste wasn't bad. I'm just not a cheesecake person. So I'm probably not the best person to give advice on this recipe. I didn't bake the crust prior to the filling as the recipe didn't say to do so. I should of taken one of the viewers advice and cooked it b/c the crust was real soggy on the botton the next day when it was cut and maybe that would of made the difference. I made all the adjustment in baking as was suggested and the outcome was not worth all the effort to me. I ended up throwing it out because it was hardly touched. I was really upset that it didn't turn out for my granddaughter and all the time and money went down the drain(or trash)I probably want be making this one again.
