Cindy's Tasty Wings
Such an odd combination, but I have to say....it works. I have now made these 3x's for my family and they are always a huge hit. Thank you Cindy for your creative mind! :)

Summer Vegetable Ratatouille
This was soooo yummy. I did have to make a few modifications for my picky husband, but other than omitting the peppers and diced tomatoes for a can of tomato sauce it was fantastic. Definately a keeper.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Since I found this recipe it is the ONLY one I use for Eye of Round roast. Honestly, you cant get any easier or more perfect of a recipe. Last night I tried it with a little bit of minced garlice, salt, pepper and Olive oil and it was FANTASTIC! Today we had the leftovers. Even better the next day. :)
