So moist! Definitely add the whole can of pumpkin and sub half applesauce for half the oil. Also this bread was a little too mild for me so I did double the spices for the perfect flavor, yum! This morning I lightly toasted in the broiler a thin slice and topped with a sprinkling of cinamon and sugar! So good!

I didn't actually get a chance to taste test this dish because I made it for my daughters' french class, But they all loved it and it has been requested again. I guess i'll have to make one for myself!

Holiday Green Gelatin Salad

Love this recipe! My mother-in-law first introduced this to me(she added a small grated apple) and I didn't care for it at first but it has grown to be a favorite!

Frosted Corn Flake Cereal Clusters

These were too sweet for me. I use a similar recipe using corn flakes. I microwave a cup of peanut butter and a bag of butterscotch chips then mix in a couple of cups of corn flakes. Super easy and the kids insist we make them for every school party!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Banana Cake X

This is a great, easy cake to make in a hurry. My husband is obsessed with it and insists on eating it once a week!! I also use banana frosting made with banana cream pudding mix and a small carton of cool whip and it really makes the cake!

Seafood Sandwich

So Good! I actually serve this as a seafood dip with assorted crackers (gives it a little extra crunch)! I also add chopped celery. This is always a big hit at our party's!!
