Spinach Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2006
This was very good. I also doubled the sauce like a member suggested and added salt, pepper and garlic powder to the coating. My husband has said he doesn't like spinach, but he sure liked this.

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
Good, but too salty. I'll try less soy sauce next time. The marinade did make the meat very tender.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2006
Awesome!! We watch our carbs, so I used Splenda and low carb ketchup and it turned out great. Make sure you pour off the liquid after the chops bake for a bit like others recommended. Will definitely make this again and again.

Tuna Buns in Tinfoil

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2007
I've had these since childhood. My mom called these "Bunsteads". I now make them for my family. The recipe is the same except I put the filiing in hot dog buns with no butter. An excellent way to use canned tuna.

Minnesota Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
I made this for supper last night and it was great! The only change I made was to put some extra soup on top of the pork chops. I cooked mine for 1 hour and 45 minutes and the rice was perfect as were the pork chops.

Different Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
I made this Saturday night and it was a hit with the whole family. We all like Cordon Bleu, but it's time consuming to do it the regular way. This was easy, fast and delicious!! I didn't change a thing in this recipe.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
I was really excited to make this recipe, but was somewhat disappointed. It was quite bland. I followed the recipe exactly other than flouring the breasts before frying. The chicken was very moist, but the sauce needs something else. I will try it again, but I will add more garlic and try either some sherry or burgandy wine.

Cheesy Hash Brown Bake

Reviewed: May 18, 2008
A nice turn on the regular cheesy hash brown recipes I've made. I did add some chopped onion and ground pepper. I also put french fried onions on top. I also baked it for 1 hour. I like the cream of potato soup in it.

Bow Tie Cabbage Salad

Reviewed: May 18, 2008
What a great salad! Different than what you usually see. I will definitely make this for more gatherings. I made it as written - I just used Splenda for the sugar in the recipe. Next time I think I will add 1/2 cup more of the bowtie pasta. Thanks for the recipe - very good!!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2008
A fantastic appetizer for any occasion. I use a 1/3 piece of cold bacon and roll the bacon in brown sugar that I have spread on a paper plate. The sugar coats the whole piece nicely. After baking, I always put them in the crock pot to keep warm.

Tuna Coney Dogs

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2008
My mom always made these for us and now I make them for my kids. I make exactly as the recipe says and they are great. For parties, I cut the buns in half so they're smaller and then after I take them out of the oven, I put them in the slow cooker on warm to keep them heated.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2008
Awesome!! I didn't put in the jalapenos. I just added extra green chilies. I also put in 2 cups of Monteray Jack cheese at the end and let it melt. I serve with crisp tortillas strips to put on top of. I'm making it for the gang tonight for Monday Night football.

I made this for Sunday's Packer game and it was a hit. I put everything in a crockpot and served it with tortilla chips and celery. A couple people commented that it was addicting. I didn't make any changes to the recipe and it was GREAT!
