Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

This really was amazing! I added some dried basil and oregeno to the crust for a little extra flavor. It tasted wonderful. Possibly the best pizza I've ever had. Great recipe!

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

This is a great recipe! To make the beans easier to mash, before I drain the can, I boil the beans for about three minutes. I then drain out the liquid and mash the beans. It makes them softer and easire to mash. I made falafel hummus wraps with whole wheat wraps, tomatoes and a yogurt dill sauce. Very filling. Yum!

Yogurt Chicken

I loved this recipe! I followed some of the other reviews and marinated the chicken for about an hour and also used minced garlic instead of garlic powder. I also used a little less butter and sprayed the baking dish with olive oil instead. Great dinner and used the leftovers for lunch, too.

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup

A very tastey, hearty soup. Very filling. I did make some changes - I used a clove of minced garlic instead of garlic powder and 1/4 t crushed red pepper and 1/4 t chili powder instead of curry plus added some spices like basil and oregano. I will certainly make this again soon!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

We love this recipe. It is a big hit in my family. Everyone looks forward to it every Thanksgiving. I add a little extra spices and pair it with some cream cheese frosting. It works well as a big loaf, small loaves or as muffins!
