My new favorite recipe for chocolate chip cookies. I made half the recipe and 1 & 1/2" balls of dough made about 4 dozen nice 3" cookies. Baked for 11 minutes on my baking stone, which was pre-heated. The cookies came out of the oven lightly browned and puffy. When cooled, on a rack, they were perfectly shaped and done. I only use unsalted butter and will add a little salt with the flour mixture next time. When fresh out of the oven, until completely cooled, I thought they were going to be a little "greasy", however that disappeared after awhile. If you've had a problem with these cookies being hard, I'd suggest checking your oven temperature. Thanks, so much, for sharing the recipe!
