Excellent!! I prepared exactly as written but doubled the recipe (but used A1 instead of Heinz 57). Wonderful, thank you for a great keeper!

Jim's Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: May 8, 2010
Great recipe, thanks! I agreed with a couple of reviewers about doubling the dressing (1/2 when made 1/2 before serving). I used velveta cubes instead of American Cheese.

Mashed Potato Salad

Reviewed: May 8, 2010
This was good, just a little too much mustard as one of the other reviewers stated. I too cut the mustard in half (added a bit of dijon mustard to the regular mustard) and used more mayo & sour cream. Also used dill pickles, we don't care for sweet pickles.

Simple Country Ribs

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2007
I never could do ribs very well. This recipe is awsome! We were responsible for a meal the 2nd day of for a Nascar tailgate party and had to cook these up a day ahead. We left them in the sauce/pot in the fridge for 24 hrs until it was our day to cook. This meal was a hit of the weekend! Definitely a KEEPER!! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
