Wild River Bloody Mary Mix
I thought that this made an excellent bloody mary, but it was far too thick for me, so I watered it down with 2 cups of water. Turned out perfect!

This was amazing! So easy and so flavorful. This is definitely a keeper! I made a few changes based on other reviews and what I had available - Doubled the minced garlic, used only 1 can chicken broth + 1 bottle of clam juice, used all fresh herbs from my garden (so tripled them, except for the parsley), and did not use any crab meat or cod. To make things even easier, for the seafood needed, I used 1 frozen mixed bag of seafood from Trader Joe's + frozen mussels and 1 can of clams from Ralphs. So easy!

Bolognese Stuffed Bell Peppers
Excellent! This isn't the quickest recipe around, but it sure paid off with an excellent meal! I used pork instead of beef and added a little extra red pepper because we like spicy food and it turned out great! The bacon also added a really nice flavor.
