I'm a geek when it comes to baking. I love it. I do it 10 hours a day and then go home and make dinner and dessert. Cookies! Every Christmas morning I make homemade cinnamon buns. Mmmmm I just finished making my Christmas cookies and all 120 chocolate chip cookies came out PERFECT. The chocolate was still gooey when they cooled. Needless to say there's less than 120 left. When I was about 7 I put 2/3 cup of baking soda as opposed to 2/3 teaspoon. Those got thrown out.
