Very good, but they need salt and pepper, this makes them much less bland. I baked them at 400 for about 45 minutes. If you want a healthier option, substitute some or all of the oil with egg white. It's not quite as good (maybe deserving of 4 stars rather than 5), but it's definitely still tasty.
EDIT: I tried these in the pan this time rather than baking. Microwaved pre-cut red potatoes, skins on, for about 8 min on high with a bit of water and chopped fresh garlic, then sprayed with low-cal butter spray and cooked over medium heat for about 10 min. Just as good, and quicker.
