Black Bean Brownies
Easy and addictive. I make these because they're gluten free, but even my gluten-eating friends and family love them.

Dutch Apple Pie with Oatmeal Streusel
I made two of these for a potluck, and everyone raved about them. I followed the recipe as it was written but forgot to put dots of butter onto the apples. That ommission didn't seem to matter.

Spiced Sweet Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Yum. I roasted a red pepper over the stove instead of using jarred. And I used 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds instead of the tahini. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. It's delicious.
