Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
I generally do not rate recipes that I alter, but this alteration was out of a missing ingredient and I feel it's missing did not change the overall result. I did not have enough broth, but as it stands, it really didn't need it as I prefer a thicker Jambalaya. I also added brown rice to the dish rather than cooking seperately (with about an hour left) and it was perfect. Used the Cajun Seasoning from this site - yummy dish - and easy! Makes a ton, freezes quite well.

Creamy Chicken and Mushrooms
Super easy, super fast. End result is good - as expected with a canned soup recipe, but anything you can knock out in less than 30 minutes that tastes good is certainly a plus. I added asparagus as I had some that needed to be used and it was great so I assume you could up the health factor by adding just about any veggie in addition to the mushrooms and onion.

Marinade for Chicken
Tasty and easy - marinated chicken breasts for several hours - left a little aside (prior to marinating) for baking - good stuff.
