Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
This sauce is really good. I did double the recipe just for quantity sake. I also only used 1/2 small onion and 3 cloves garlic. Just because we prefer garlic flavor over onion in our sauce. **Just a note: To those who state the sauce is too thin, you probably didn't allow the sauce from the canned tomatoes to reduce. You must bring it to a high boil and then reduce the heat to allow the liquid to boil off and thicken. Also, this isn't meant to be a low fat recipe. If you substitute heavy cream for milk or even half and half plan on adding flour to your base otherwise you will not have the same thickness.

Maple Salmon
Wow! This salmon is awesome. Normally I hate fish but made this way it is delicious. My 2 and 4 year olds also ate it right up. Definitely add fresh ginger to help give it that little bit extra "oomph" and help offset the sweetness of the syrup. I'm adding this to my regular menu. Thanks!

Pizza Dough I
I don't understand the high rating on this at all. I followed exactly and it tastes like school pizza. If you want pizza crust you're better off buying one in your local grocery store isle than using this recipe. I had high hopes for this but sad to say it was not good at all.
