Cherry Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2008
I also increased the cherries to two cups and it turned out great. It was a delicious way to use up cherries from our local farmers market. We will definitely make this again.

Pumpkin Chocolate Dessert Cake

A great cake. I made it richer by adding a package of chocolate chips and it turned out great. It didn't need the frosting with this sweet addition either.

St. Patrick's Day Zucchini-Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2008
Great cookies. I didn't have any granola, so I crumbled about four granola bars (about 1 cup worth) and the substitution worked out just fine. We will definitely make these again!

Seven Layer Tortilla Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2007
Great recipe! It's very forgiving with adding and changing ingredients-- like adding different types of beans, omitting tomatoes, etc. We will definitely make this again.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2007
I actually used pureed Kobacha squash (a sweet winter sqaush) instead of pumpkin and the cookies turned out delicious.

Awesome Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2007
I skipped the onion, celery, and shrimp, but added fresh ginger like was recommended. I also used a bag of pre-shredded cabbage and carrots (like what's used for coleslaw) which made this an easy recipe. It worked great and they were delicious. I will definitely make them again for my family.

Mediterranean Pasta with Greens

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2007
I had some Swiss Chard from my local farmers market and needed to fix dinner, so I found this recipe. It was delicious! Swiss chard is rather strong so the other strong flavors in this recipe balance it out nicely and make a really nice combination.
