Dutch Apple Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
Good. very easy. My daughter and her friend made 5 tonight. Not as sweet as my normal apple pie recipe but it was still very good. I did add cinnamon to the topping and a teaspoon of apple pie spice to the apples. The filling was so good we could have eaten it over icecream. It was sure easier than rolling out pie crusts.

Hot Bean Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
Very easy! My family loved this. I cut it in half and it still made a lot. I topped with cheese after it came out of the oven after reading othe posts. It melted very nicely. Otherwise I followed exact directions.

Simply Sensational Truffles

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2009
Very good and easy. However very messy. These are so rich you can't eat more than 1 at a time. tastes like a piece of chocolate cheesecake. Next time I would use 2 packages of cream cheese and 8 oz. melted chocolate to cut down on the sweetness. Great with coffee or milk but you need something.

Cinnabun Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2009
These didn't work for me. the dough was very flavorful but the cookies just weren't. They did spread a lot when I didn't use the dollop on the cookie sheet but when I did use the dollop they burned on the bottom. I also found the dough very hard to work with, it was very stiff.

Very good. Kids loved it and they are hard to please. I did add melted butter to it and we like garlic so I used a lot of that. I will be making this again for sure!

This is the only meatloaf my family will eat. I have been making it this way for years. The only difference I also add Barbeque sauce to the glaze for more pizzaz.

Best Stovetop BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
Very good. I had to cook mine longer but I had 4lbs of ribs. The sauce was very good a bit on the sweet side but I like that. I had to thicken my sauce up after they were done but I will definately make these again.

So good! My daughter loved these and she doesn't like regular enchilladas. I made a couple of changes. I used corn tortillas lightly fried in grease and instead of green chilles i used some salsa. I added extra cheese to. very good will definately make again.

Rhubarb Dream Bars

Very good. I had to bake 5 minutes extra and I cut the sugar back to 2 1/2 cups. Plenty sweet. I would also suggest greasing sides of pan.

Best Football Dip Ever

It was ok. Too much processed cheese for me. I would cut that in half. My husband loved this. My kids didn't. I added taco seasoning to the meat and I am glad I did.
