Vanilla Pumpkin Pie

Excellent! Added l/2 teas. nutmeg and about l/4 teas vanilla more. Fast became our favorite.

haven't made this yet, but is much faster than cooking a pudding mixture. I'm going to use probably lemon instant pudding to add some zing. Pineapple tidbits too. Just about any fruit you have. Mini ring macaroni works well too.

Pecan Pie V

I was not happy with the solid, firm texture, and taste of too much brown sugar. Idea is good but sugary, solid filling didn't resemble the semi- juicy corn sirup recipes.

Vanilla Pumpkin Pie

Excellent!! Added twice as much vanilla, and used half cinnamon and half nutmeg for the spices. This will be our steady recipe. AND have no-sog crust by swirling an UNbeatened egg white over raw crust first, drain off excess. Let this dry as you prepare filling. No more wet, sloppy pie crust under a grand filling.
