Hash Brown and Egg Casserole

My family loved it! I would use hot sausage next time and only 1 pound of hash browns. However, this is an excellent recipe for a cozy Sunday breakfast.

Apple Cider Sauce and Pork Loin Chops

Delicious taste. Even though I cut downt he cooking time, the pork still was pretty tough. It was like chewing pork chop gum.

French Toast Corners

I needed 3 eggs for 6 pieces of toast and that was a stretch. Making toast points was a nice twist on French toast though.

Oriental Chicken Salad

Not bad. I forgot the oil, but I am glad that I did. It was a nice lunch to use up some leftover grilled chicken breast.

This recipe is outstanding. We added some white onions, lemons, and garlic cloves to the water. We also added Old Bay plus some Cajun seasoning to spice it up. The next day, we combined the leftover seafood and sausage with some mayo and celery for yummy cold sandwiches.
