I had heard rave reviews for this recipe, both at this site and in my community and I have to say I'm not entirely impressed. The cookie dough, even if chilled overnight, stays very moist. The white bark is still fairly thick when melted and because of the heat, your white bark ends up speckled with oreo crumbs by the end of the process. Also I haven't figured out how to neatly remove them from a toothpick or lobster fork once dipped so they don't look too pretty when completed. I always thought I was a decent cook...
