Oh so many! There is nothing worse than a baked good that didn't come out with the right consistency and you have to toss it and start from scratch!

Beer Spice Cake
This recipe was wonderful! Made with Rogue's Santa's Private Reserve and used William Sonoma's Gingerbread Man Cakelet pan - made approx. 15 Gingerbread Men Cakelets. Cooked for 15 min - perfect! So very light and ultra moist and tasty! Will try in other forms next (loaf, cupcakes) since I only have one cakelet pan! Great recipe!

Cuban Black Beans II
The best beans ever! Had to make some modifications - I used 3 cans of black beans so I reduced the water to 2 cups. I also had to omit the green pepper and pimento because I didn't have them on hand. Reduced simmer time to about an hour! These were wonderful and very versatile - they could be served with many things. The whole family agreed that this will become a staple recipe in our house! By the way, I also reduced the oil to 2 Tbsp. - much healthier and didn't seem to affect the taste or texture.

Mock Lobster
This was fantastic! Made as recipe stated, except I ran out of ground ginger so the recipe barely had any. It was a huge hit with the whole family and it is great even without the butter for those of us who don't want the calories! It's a pleaser!
