Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2010
Added twice as much garlic and used half of tomatoes (my fiance doesn't like too much of a tomato-ey taste) but it tasted real good!

Easy Asparagus

This was a nice side for the "Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze"! I pretty much followed the instructions minus the cheese and crackers.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2009
The steaks came out perfect for our Valentine's Day dinner! I followed the advice of others and added garlic, (red) onions, mushrooms and a pinch of brown sugar. I was afraid it might be too vinegary like someone said but it was just right! I'd just like to point out that heating time will vary depending on how big your steak is... ours came medium-rare following the instructions (but at least that's how we like it!)

Cupcake Graveyard

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2008
This was fun and relatively easy to make! I added a teddy graham in each cupcake, as if someone/something was actually buried in there!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2008
It wasn't too banana-y... I'm not sure if it was because of the sour cream (I used really ripe bananas). I will try this again but this time with more bananas.

Banana Pudding Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2008
The cake was too sweet! I used the Duncan Hines Classic Yellow Cake and Richfood Instant Banana Cream. I also used milk instead of water.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2008
I tweaked the recipe a little bit because I didn't have a copy with me as I was buying the ingredients and cooking but it tasted pretty good! I didn't put hot sauce but did add some white wine. You can also use italian sausages instead of chicken.

Banana Cake V

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2008
I didn't use as much sugar (because ripe bananas are already sweet enough for me!) and used half white and half light brown sugar. I also put in too many bananas so it came out mushy... so this is just an okay cake for me.

Banana Cake VI

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2008
The cake was kinda chewy and not really moist and soft like I would like. I might try using more ripe bananas next time because I can't really taste the banana flavor in this one.

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2008
I just took my first bite and this was very moist and melts in your mouth (in a good way)! I followed everything except I didn't use as much white sugar because I didn't want to risk having a too-sweet banana cake. The next time I make this I plan on putting twice as many walnuts!

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2007
I wasn't able to add the white wine and the dish didn't taste anything special. I may change my rating once I do it again this time with the wine!

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2006
the dijon flavor was more on the strong side, so this would be good for those who love mustard
