Tough but it can be done.  Watch your turkey most are pumped up with a bunch of salt a lo salt turkey can be HARD to find. Should not have more than 55 mg of sodium listed on the lable.   Use lots of herbs and spices in place of salt. Use homemade broth or stock. Create innovate and… MORE
