Tough but it can be done.  Watch your turkey most are pumped up with a bunch of salt a lo salt turkey can be HARD to find. Should not have more than 55 mg of sodium listed on the lable.   Use lots of herbs and spices in place of salt. Use homemade broth or stock. Create innovate… MORE

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken
this looks like a great recipe with mini sodium and maxi flavor. If tarragon is not available, well substitute another herb, and change the name. good work

Vegetarian Tortilla Soup
