Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
This is definately a winner! I have to disagree about the sweetness that some people talked about. I made it as the recipe called for except that I peeled and boiled the potatoes instead of baking them and I doubled the recipe. I don't think it was too sweet. I thought it was wonderful. Rave reviews from everyone. It will definately be added to our holiday menu.
