This is the second year I've served this stuffing. It's easy to make and it's destined to become a Thanksgiving/Christmas tradition.

Gosh is this good! I'll probably stick with this meatloaf recipe from now on. I does take longer to cook, but it's so worth it!!

Caramel Apple Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2006
Everyone loved this! Topped it off with pecan bits and served it with pretzel stix and apple slices. I used Fuji apples because I thought they wouldn't brown as quickly (read that somewhere), but they did, so most of my guests went with the pretzel stix. How do you keep apple slices from browning? Anyway - this was a fantastic dip!

What a great recipe! Very hearty and delicious. Next time I make it I'll do what some of the other reviewers have done, add some potatoes or beans.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2005
I made my first turkey using this recipe. Since then I have made it many times and it always comes out moist and brown. I wouldn't think to use any other holiday turkey recipe but this one.

Chrissy's Sweet 'n' Sour Tomato Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2006
I really like this recipe and have made it several times. It's a great bbq sidedish. As for reviewers' complaints about the sweetness - yes, it's sweet, so what? It's not like the title and the ingredients didn't give you a huge heads up.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2006
I had to make a couple of changes and this recipe still turned out excellent. Since my supermarket didn't have fresh shrimp I had to use the frozen cooked shrimp (I defrosted them by allowing them to soak in cold water for about 10 minutes). I also used more garlic than called for because we LOVE garlic. I reduced the baking time to ten minutes. Well, it was fabulous! The mustard and the lemon gave it the perfect flavor. I would not hesitate to make this again. Not only did it taste great, but it's easy and takes no time at all to make. Everyone in my house was thrilled with it.
