Chicken with White Wine Sauce
The "Swanson Flavor Boost" is a gel consistency, not a powder or liquid, and is an EXCELLENT product...I work part time for a sales and marketing company and I have sampled this product twice and sold out of it at both stores...I highly recommend this product...it is available in chicken, low sodium chicken, vegetable and beef. Very delicious and versatile product! Try it, you'll love it! You are only limited by your own imagination! :)

Skillet Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes
Yum! I added the ham and onion to the pre-heated skillet with butter and olive oil and let that go while I cubed the potatoes ( I used red, rinsed and roughly chopped) Then added roughly chopped cabbage and a can of chicken broth...I also added a half envelope of a ham flavored powder made by Goya...let simmer about 20 minutes and tasted, adding a bit of sea salt and Lawry's Seasoned Pepper, which I've been addicted to for about 40 years....by far, the best seasoned pepper I have ever had. I absolutely loved it on this cool and rainy evening! I had to have seconds...YUM YUM YUM!

Rolled Dumplings
ALMOST as good as my MOM MOMS...( she (we)called it pot pie) She used Bisquick(instead of the flour) and so did I...when I was a small child, I remember getting to her house and running right into the kitchen and seeing all of these rolled out dumplings neatly lined up on a huge cutting board, ready to go into her broth and home raised stewing chicken. She didn't have a pastry cutter, but instead used 2 table knives which is what I did as well. I thionk that works better anyhow...Mom Mom's pot pie was my favorite food while growing up! Sure do miss her!
