Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

This was fantastic! Followed the recipe exactly. I did cook the crust for about 6 minutes in the oven before I added the toppings. The crust really rises while cooking so roll out your crust thinner if you like thin crust. I will never order pizza out again. This crust is a snap to make and tastes so fresh!

Cheesiest Potato Soup

This was an excellent comfort soup. I used half and half instead of heavy cream to cut some calories out. My family loved it. I did add more potatoes and did not puree all of them so I had some cubed potates in the soup. I also added chopped cooked carrots and celery at the end for a chunkier version. One thing I loved about this soup is it holds up well in the refrigerator. It did not get clumpy like other cheese soups I have made.

Apple Crisp II

fantastic! I used an apple peeler and slicer and whipped this up in 10 minutes. There was nothing left 30 minutes after it came out of the oven. Family devoured it. Thanks!
