So good! If you want to have more bubbles, I find it helps to roll out a few circles, and then let them "rest" even just for a minute or two. I find that this makes more bubbles. Also, when I used high heat, they burned :(

Spaghetti Squash I

My Pound Cake

I made this today for my mom's birthday. I think there is too much butter/not enough flour. The top of the cake was very buttery and looked almost deep fried, and the bottom was very firm and had a gelatinous texture. The flavour was nice, but it was not edible :( Not sure what happened here.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

This makes really good, easy bread. The crust is a bit crunchy, and the bread is not dry or crumbly. I used multigrain flour in place of the white flour (since my multigrain flour has white flour in it). YUM! Be careful it doesn't burn. I found it browned quickly and had to cover it with foil.

Orange Almond Biscotti II

This was really good. I used whole almonds, but that's just my personal preference. I also added dried cranberries. Very nice. It's important to slice this with a serrated blade, otherwise you may have some crumbly action. Thanks for the recipe!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

This was so so good, and really easy to prepare. The only thing I would change is to reduce the amount of broth. The lasagna was a bit too runny for my tastes. Thanks for the recipe!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

these were really good! I substituted one cup of AP flour for one cup of oat flour, just to be a bit healthy :) I also added skor chips, just to be a bit unhealthy! They turned out great. I'll definitely make these again.
