Naan

So good! If you want to have more bubbles, I find it helps to roll out a few circles, and then let them "rest" even just for a minute or two. I find that this makes more bubbles. Also, when I used high heat, they burned :(

Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
This is so easy, and so filling and delicious. I like it better than a heavier tomato sauce on spaghetti squash. Thanks James!

My Pound Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
I made this today for my mom's birthday. I think there is too much butter/not enough flour. The top of the cake was very buttery and looked almost deep fried, and the bottom was very firm and had a gelatinous texture. The flavour was nice, but it was not edible :( Not sure what happened here.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2010
This makes really good, easy bread. The crust is a bit crunchy, and the bread is not dry or crumbly. I used multigrain flour in place of the white flour (since my multigrain flour has white flour in it). YUM! Be careful it doesn't burn. I found it browned quickly and had to cover it with foil.

Orange Almond Biscotti II

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2009
This was really good. I used whole almonds, but that's just my personal preference. I also added dried cranberries. Very nice. It's important to slice this with a serrated blade, otherwise you may have some crumbly action. Thanks for the recipe!

These are really easy. Just be careful. They can go from undercooked to burnt really quick! Thanks for the recipe.

Caldo Verde (Portuguese Green Soup)

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2007
This was really good soup. It tasted better the next day. I used Italian sausage because it's all I had.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2007
This was so so good, and really easy to prepare. The only thing I would change is to reduce the amount of broth. The lasagna was a bit too runny for my tastes. Thanks for the recipe!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2007
these were really good! I substituted one cup of AP flour for one cup of oat flour, just to be a bit healthy :) I also added skor chips, just to be a bit unhealthy! They turned out great. I'll definitely make these again.

I'm pretty sure this recipe and profile is a joke...rating is for profile, not chicken!

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2005
I love these, even though the first time I made them, they burned on the bottom at 8 minutes.
