Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

Like others I did alter a bit. I used 8oz cream cheese, 1 cup of mayo, 8 oz shredded italian style parmesan cheese, fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic and added jalepenos. I used a hand mixer to get everything blended and creamy. The flavors blend beautifully. This was amazing even before it went in the oven!

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

Oh. My. God. This was absolutely AMAZING. Prepared exactly as instructed with two exceptions. 1. I added fresh minced garlic, and 2. I marinated the chops over night with a marinade recipe also found on this site. Served with grilled asparagus. This tasted like it should have been served at a high-end restaurant. Perfect summer grilling dish! Thank you so much for sharing.

Marinated Pork Chops

WOW WOW WOW! I have always been lukewarm about pork - but this dish and marinade was amazing! I followed the directions to the T and only added some fresh chopped parsley to the marinade. Even without the marinade this pork would be awesome. So tender and SO flavorful! I will be making this often in the future! Overnight marinating is a must! Delish! Thank you so much for sharing!

Baked Salmon II

OH...MY...GOD!!! I have never made salmon (or any fish) before and was very nervous to try. I'm definitely not someone who cooks on a regular basis, but this was SO easy, so affordable (I had everything but the salmon & parsley) and absolutely the BEST salmon I have ever had (including restaurants). I was a little low on the olive oil so I included some melted butter - this made it nice and pasty when it came time to transfer to the foil packets. I also added a little bit of dill seasoning. Hands down - the most amazing salmon dish ever! I will definitely be making again - the hubby raved about it! Thank you for this recipe!

Perfect Deviled Eggs

HANDS DOWN - the BEST deviled eggs recipe I have ever tried! I love the "zing" and spiciness from the horsey sauce and the hot sauce. This is the only recipe I will ever use again! Thank you so much!

Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip

This dip was so easy and so amazingly good! I made it for my very discerning girlfriends for our annual Christmas gathering and they all begged for the recipe before they left! The only change I made was to add artichoke hearts, but it would've been great even without them! My husband is eating the left overs as dinner! :)
