Libby's® Famous Pumpkin Pie

Great pie. I used fresh pumpkin (bake in oven, halved and covered with tin foil). Better with a few tbsp of rum added.

Creamy Coconut Cake

Strawberries and Cream Cake

This was a beautiful cake that was surprisingly easy to make. It looks very professional because of the three layers and is delicious too. A great summer cake with lots of delicious strawberries!

Carrot Muffins

THis recipe was rather bland and tasteless. I was excited about trying a healthy muffin for lunches, but they were so gross no one ate them. More spice and flavouring definitely needed.

Mall Pretzels

I may have done something wrong, but these cookies came out with the taste and texture of dog biscuits. And the icing had way to much icing sugar and was just too sweet to handle and dried to a concrete finish.

Autumn Cheesecake

This was my first cheesecake and it was so easy to make and a lot quicker than other cakes I've made. It is impressive to look at, and I would recommend dribbling a bit of caramel over the top as well. Overall, a delicious treat loved by the family.

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies II

THis cookie was okay, but it was too cakey for my taste. I prefer chewier or crunchier cookies, not so spongy. I preferred it after a few days.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These took a bit of effort to make, but it was worth it! They were delicious and very moist. Try freezing bananas in your freezer before hand -- when they thraw they will be completely black, very soft, and make your muffins FABULOUS! My entire family loved them.

Kristen's Awesome Oatmeal Cookies

Very crispy, crunchy cookies. Gets better with age; not so great right out of the oven. Added 1/3 cup chocolate chips. Big hit with everyone, especially me!
