Mom's Italian Beef Barley Soup
I bought "stew meat" (whatever type of beef that is) and it worked perfectly. I also added chopped spinach towards the end of the the cooking time. I've made it twice in the last month thinking I was going to freeze some for later, but we just loved it so much that there wasn't any to freeze! Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
I made this exactly how it was written and we absolutely loved it. The only thing different was that I let it marinade for 3 hours before placing it on the grill. I wouldn't change a thing (only because I'm not a good improviser). I served it with some white wine-flavored wild/white rice blend (something that I did improvise on AND it actually worked). We had a fabulous dinner! So, so good. Can't wait to make it again. PS...made it my gas grill and I personally did not have a problem with flare ups from the olive oil/ranch sauce dripping.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken
Made this recipe for the first time tonight with a whole cut up chicken and absolutely loved it! It really tasted like "fried" chicken. Mine came out pretty crispy. I took the suggestion from other reviewers and added dry Italian Seasoning mix and Italian Bread crumbs, salt(instead of garlic salt since I didn't have any) and pepper (would of liked to use Paprika as well,but again, didn't have any). Had it with homemade mashed potates and corn-on-the-cob...tasted like a Southern home-cooked meal. This will be one that I make again and again.
