Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2009
Took the other suggestions and added a little extra flour and it seemed very dry as well as didn't roll out either. I think I will stick old school dough using yeast.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2009
First time making Jalapeno Poppers. They turned out great! I highly recommend making your own bacon and using the oil (as well as some more) to fry them. I also used small jalapenos and carefully took out the insides and stuffed them. Some of the larger ones I cut in half and filled. They didn't look as nice as the others. Over all I think that coating them three times is what made the difference.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2009
So I combined the bread in a jar idea with this recipe. it turned out great! I used small wide mouth canning jars. my mom took it to work and heated it in the microwave. she said it tastes like it just came out of the oven. Will definently do this again for friends and family.

Spinach and Potato Frittata

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
This was quick and easy recipe. Great ending to Girl's Weekend! I did, however, make some adjustments. Since I do not typically use salt, I substituted Mrs.Dash and Italian Seasoning. Instead of using the red potatoes, I used bagged hash browns and significantly browned first, added diced ham, and topped with Feta. In addition, I put my pan in the broiler for a few minutes to get the cheese all brown and bubbly! It was a great hit!

Wonderful, light and fluffy. I too left out the butter, however added cocoa powder and a little cinnamon to the dry mixture. DELICIOUS!
