Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins
Ah-ma-zing! Thank you so much for posting this recipe! I do not eat wheat, but I substitute gluten-free flour for regular flour. These muffins turned out perfectly! My only complaint? They are TOO good! I've had 3 already!! I'm going to have to freeze them so that I don't finish the batch today! For those making a GF version: I also followed other reviewers' advice and put in 1 cup of pumpkin, applesauce instead of oil. Other than that, I used a cup-for-cup substitute of GF flour. Yummmm!!

Chicken Marsala
Easy to follow instructions! Thank you so much for sharing! I followed the advice of ASHLEYJJONES and made a cream sauce to serve on the chicken. It was delicious! Honestly, I didn't have any heavy cream, so I put in some whipped cream! Our sons love it too! We put the sauce on roasted potatoes as well. I didn't have time or means to pound the chicken thinner, so I left the chicken breasts the way they were, but I cooked them through to start. What a delicious dish! A definite keeper!!

Flourless Chocolate Cake II
This was fantastic! Such a treat! Thanks to previous reviewers, I decreased the amount of cocoa (put in a heaping tablespoon instead of the 1/2 cup), and used 6 one-ounce squares of semisweet chocolate instead of 4. Lined the pan with parchment, and used Wilton cake release around the sides of the pan. Baked for 35 minutes, cooled for 10, and the whole cake was gone in the blink of an eye! We served it with whipping cream to make this dessert even more decadent! Thank you so much for sharing this gem!
