Lemony Chicken Pasta Toss
This was amazing. After reading the reviews I went ahead and doubled the lemon juice (up to 4 tbsp) since some said it wasn't very lemony and we really like lemon. I also threw in some cooked as directed frozen broccoli when we tossed everything else with the pasta. We loved it! Very light but really flavorful. We'll definitely be making this one again.

Country Apple Dumplings
These were fantastic. We used the 50% larger crescent rolls to make it easier to cover the apples. If you do it that way, you'll need 3 cans since there are fewer in the pack. We also did the 1 1/2 cups sugar half and half with brown sugar cause I love brown sugar. I'm sure it would have been great just as written though. Thanks for sharing.

Bacon Chicken and Dumplings
This is a great recipe. Everyone I've made it for loves it and requests it often. We did make a few additions and changes after reading other reviews. I throw in chopped carrots and celery, both roughly equal to the corn. I use milk instead of half and half. I also use extra bacon. And since there never seem to be enough dumplings, I use 2 cans of the refrigerator biscuits cut into quarters. Just throw them in at the same point that the recipe says but you don't have to cook them as long. We've also used canned chicken which cut the cook time a bit. The thing to remember with this recipe is its really tough to mess up. We always make more than the recipe above states so we just kinda mix it together until it looks good. :)
