Simple Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wraps

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2010
Excellent... a very nice balance with the pepper and the honey.... lots of flavor, easy to make, it was a hit with the wife who loves things a bit spicy! Thanks! We have this on a pretty consistent basis. This last time we had one of the kids over, a vegetarian, I used green and red peppers and some mushrooms instead of chicken...it was great!

Bulgogi (Korean BBQ)

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2008
I spent a year in Korea back when I was in the Army in the '70s. While there I purchased a Korean Recipe book and perfected making Bulgogi. Along the way I lost the cook book.. This recipe is nearly a perfect reproduction, and may actually be better than what I remember.. Like others have mentioned, I also used pineapple juice... The only change I would make is to reduce the amount of pepper by about 30% or so... But...thanks, this was great!

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2008
this recipe is excellent just as it is! Thanks! I'm sometimes annoyed when folks take a good recipe and then make a million changes to it... So, I was a bit reluctant to add this...but... I happened to have a small, already grilled filet mignon (left over from last night), I sliced it and put pieces of beef between the shrimp... Served with some sesame/ginger rice and some sauteed yellow squash with a bit of onion..and a bottle of merlot, one of the best meals I've done in months! But, as mentioned, even without the beef this recipe would have been great.

Salmon with Pecan Honey Glaze

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2008
Excellent... the only change we made was to add a bit of spicy mustard (as suggested), it balanced the sweetness. Served with steamed green beans and red skin potatoes (cubed, boiled, then finished with oil oil and italian seasoning)... Wonderful meal. I could see using this sauce with chicken as well. thanks!
