My favorite things to cook
I have a daughter who is allergic to milk and peanuts, and also owned an allergy-friendly chocolate company, so I've created and "re-developed" a lot of recipes for people with special diets.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I'm a big dessert person -- especially chocolate. My mom always had desserts for us growing up (amazingly, none of us are obese!).
My cooking triumphs
In spite of my chocolate addiction, probably my "crowning" recipe is my Joy in the Morning Muffins.
My cooking tragedies
NEVER try to cook turbot (Greenland halibut) in a bag! I tried one of those meal-in-a-bag seasoning kits for fish with turbot, and it turned into a sort of buttery fish paste.
