Jenn's Out Of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2005
I only used the meatball recipe, but it was so good that I can't wait to try the sauce too! I used ground beef that had a very low fat content(I didn't want the fat renduring into my sauce). They were tender and flavorful! Great for pasta or even Meatball Subs!

Pizza Dough I

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
I changed it a bit, using 1.5 C of AP flour and 1.5 C of Whole Wheat flour. And I just tossed all the ingredients in my bread maker. Great Dough! Nice and stretchy, and smells wonderful baking! My family loved the calzones I made using this dough!

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2009
Fantastic!!! Instead of regular bread we used French Toast Bagels (from Market Basket) and added 1/2lb of bacon. Wonderful!!! My family gobbled it up for dinner. We'll definitely use this again!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
Excellent recipe! Not to sweet and the dough was nice and smooth. The only thing I did differently was while rolling out the dough I used powdered sugar instead of flour. =)

Fun Cookie Suckers

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
What a fun recipe to make with my three year old! We made these for her older brother's Halloween Party at school... A suggestion: a lot of people said they felt the cookies weren't sweet enough. Rather than add more sugar, when I added the color and shaped the cookies I used confectioners sugar to keep the dough from sticking to my hands. =)

Tender Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
Quick, easy, yummy, and so much better that frozen nuggets! I used chicken thighs cut into quarters and I added a bit of Italian Seasoning to the bread crumbs. For dipping I had some Marinara sauce on hand... and tomorrow night I'll use it for lasagna! =)

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
This is the only way I will serve roast chicken!!! Moist, flavorful, and the leftovers make THE BEST chicken soup! This is almost as good as using a crock pot... just prep the chicken, put it in the oven and a few hours later you have a wonderful dinner! YUM!

A new holiday favorite! Soft, chewy, and the flavor was definately gingerbread, but not harshly so. =)

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Great recipe! Nice and thick and full of flavor! I altered it a bit to suit our tastes... substituted the heavy cream with cream cheese and doubled the garlic. Super good!

Apple Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
Moist, sweet but not too sweet, and super yummy! I don't know that I'd call this a brownie/blondie, it was more like a quick bread or cake. Regardless, it was delish! Thanks for sharing!

Apple Betty

Simple and delish! We topped French Vanilla Ice Cream with this and it was awesome! Just tossed the ingredients together and popped it in the oven as we were sitting down for dinner. It was out of the oven by the time we were done eating and cooled by the time we were done cleaning up. Perfect!

Mini Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
Five stars because the taste was awesome! They weren't terribly high though... maybe I should chill the dough? I also altered the filling: 16oz of Cream Cheese, 1/2C butter, 1T Vanilla, and 2C of Confectioners Sugar. Because they were flatter and larger I required more filling.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Great recipe! I altered it a bit though... used AP flour instead of bread flour, and added some spices: powdered garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, and thyme. Smells wonderful!
