This was a good recipe, and I was surprised that my 2 and 3 year olds liked it. I cut the chicken up into bite sized pieces prior to cooking. I also increased everything to make more sauce. I used 1 1/2 onions, about 3/4 cup of the vinegar and 3/4 cup of broth. I doubled the spices and herbs and I did add a little corn startch to thicken. Definitly would make again.
