Bran Flax Muffins
Love these! I made a loaf of bread instead of muffins, and kept a portion of the apple in chunks (really adds a nice juicy component to an already great recipe). Did not have oat bran, so used wheat bran instead, and subbed half the white flour with whole wheat. Who knew health food could be so addictive!
