Summer Zucchini Casserole

Absolutely love this! I use one bag of sage and onion bread cubes like Mom uses for thanksgiving with 2 sticks of butter. Put half of the bag in a bowl with one stick of melted butter. Put on bottom of 9x13 glass pan. Make the zuchhini mixture. Put the rest of the cubes in the bowl with another stick of butter. Put on top. Bake at 350 for an hour. or less if needed.

Quick Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Very good. Put them in sprayed muffin tins. Let sit for 20 min before putting in oven. Otherwise first batch will be flat, second fluffy & puffy. Could use more lemon flavor.

Perfect Sesame Chicken

Excellent flavor. LOTS of Work. Used 1/2 cup sugar instead. Poured in slurry as needed. Used olive oil, won't do that again. Way too expensive. Chicken is not crispy. Bummer. 3.5 stars if it would have been crunchy, then it would have been 4 stars

Slow Cooker Spare Ribs

Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Absolutely amazing! I used chunky peanut butter so I had to modify this recipes. Add at the end of the basic recipe. It will be very dry so add this and use hands to make it soft. Make the recipe like specified and then at end add 1/2 cup extra peanut butter so there is a total of 3/4 c. chunky on the base 3 Tablespoons or 1/4 cup of sourcream For the filling. Add in 1/4 cup extra of the chunky peanut butter and use electric hand mixer to mix it up. Roll 30 of 1 inch filling balls, and put in fridge. I made smaller balls and got 35 of them thumb out 30 base covers before assembling. Once the base is ready, take peanut butter filling balls out of th refrigerator and assemble. Works better this way. Don't forget to flatten and dip in sugar like sugar cookies.

Awesome!!! Next time add in 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic and a little sea salt. Served with white and whole wheat pitas.

Buffalo Chicken Wings I

Was pretty good. I breaded it twice. After dip in Sauce, don't put back on baking sheet. Put on broiler. Seasoning was awesome, they just were as little mushy.

Scott's Buffalo Wing Sauce

Did not like this. The sauce was ok. However the wings were not crispy. Need to find different way to cook the wings. Maybe it will counteract with the sauce better. Maybe cut butter in 1/2 next time.

Slow Cooker Western Omelet

AWESOME! Used 1 cup heavy cream instead of milk Used additional 1/2 cup milk and 5 more eggs that was poured over the top. Didn't use all the hashbrowns. Used 1/2 the bag. Used ham and 1 pound pork sausage.
